Irving Federman began his career as a Cook County prosecutor from 1976 to 1981, where he handled a wide range of criminal cases, including homicides and serious felony offenses. Since 1981, he has dedicated himself exclusively to criminal defense in Illinois. With over 40 years of experience, he has successfully defended hundreds of trials, including more than 75 jury trials, achieving over 25 acquittals in first-degree murder cases alone.
