Irving Federman started as a Cook County prosecutor from 1976-1981 where he prosecuted every type of criminal action including homicide and serious felony matters. Since 1981 he has worked exclusively as a Criminal Defense Attorney in Illinois. Over the past 40+ years he has defended hundreds of felony trials, including over 75 jury trials, and he has obtained more than 25 acquittals in first degree murder cases alone.
